Here is what you can expect from our EV charging services: 

Surveying:

• Make power assessments to advise site capacity in terms of number of EVCP’s possible.
• We advise at this stage potential cost implications and identify the best location for any EVCP installation.
• We fit dynamic load monitoring devices to assess capacity if necessary (usually when spare capacity is not clear from energy bills or meter readings).
• We deal with all grid upgrades if insufficient site supply & all relevant documentation & applications. 

Cable Planning/Architecture: 

• We offer an in house cable planning and architecture service for commercial EV charging infrastructure. We design safe, efficient, and scalable systems to deliver electrical power from the main supply to charging stations. This includes selecting appropriate cable types and sizes based on power requirements, distance, and charger types (Level 2 or DC fast charging). It also requires routing cables through conduits or underground trenches, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, and integrating safety features like grounding and overcurrent protection. Effective planning supports future expansion, load management, and reliable communication between chargers and central control systems.

Installation:

• We have in house electricians, civil engineers & tech set up experts enabling us to offer a turnkey installation service.
• Again we take care of all documentation, applications & warranty support.
• We are fully insured & documented to work on private & public land.
• We are approved installers for all of the leading brands so all warranty’s are validated and in some case extended by utilising our services.
• We self certify in terms of health & safety requirements, insurance & electrical certification. 

Software set up:

• Our software engineers are trained to set up EVCP’s to our customers preferred software platforms (or we can recommend our own preferred options) allowing for optimised charging, tariff setting, RFID or keyfob payments, payment terminals, separate billing amongst many other features.
• Our software options can be as user friendly or advanced as our clients wish for and we are not tied to any particular provider. 

Service & maintenance:

• We offer annual service & maintenance packages that in many cases extend the manufacturer warranty.
• This would include test & inspection, function test, earthing test, socket & connector check alongside cleaning internally & externally of the unit.
• We offer a hardware fault SLA of 48 hours for any unit we install & maintain using one of our service & maintenance programmes with a supporting software package.
• The software (in most cases) can diagnose automatically any problems the charger may develop so our engineers can come equipped with the correct parts to allow for any potential repair.
• With our preferred suppliers (Rolec & Alfen) hardware issues are rare in any case but it’s reassuring for our clients to have this safety net.
• We do offer great discounts for sites with multiple sockets.
